Witchcraft
Throughout three events as part of “In the Spotlight: Would You Rather Be a Witch?!” we’re turning the archive into a public process. We invite you to share your own stories and materials alongside the archival documents. Through collective actions such as collage, screen printing, and montage, the individual contributions come together to form a raw, polyphonic whole.
A collectively-driven creative process in which processed materials from the Archival Dive (Activation 1) are transferred onto textiles via screen printing. Visitors become temporary co-creators: they contribute to the production of the work and participate in shared moments of reflection on the archival finds. The printed textiles are hung in the space to dry, forming a temporary, growing installation that is accessible to museum visitors.
