Curatorial Lecture: Yolande Zola Zoli van der Heide

Yolande Zola Zoli van der H

Every academic year, S.M.A.K., Ghent University and Curatorial Studies of KASK & School of Arts jointly organise the series of Curatorial Lectures. On Thursday 10 March Yolande Zola van der Heide will discuss 'A Lasting Truth Is Change', an exhibition she curated.

In this lecture Yolande Zola Zoli van der Heide will talk about 'A Lasting Truth Is Change', the first large-scale exhibition she curated at the Van Abbe Museum. Starting from the museum collection and its gaps, the exhibition questions how heritage institutions, which preserve and exhibit content of 'historical' value, can relate to change in order to build a sustainable and just model for future societies.
