For a year now, S.M.A.K., together with mentormentor and Dr Guislain Hospital, has been organising photography workshops for people with mental vulnerability on a regular basis. They first visit the exhibition at S.M.A.K. and then work on their own for several weeks. In doing so, they receive substantive and technical support from mentor photographers.
A selection of these photos will be presented from 14 September 2018 at Jardin de Fair, an exhibition on the campus of Dr Guislain Hospital. Jardin de Fair is an exchange between patients, between patients and staff and between patients and society. The project establishes a link between the creativity of residents and artists from the surrounding area. For this fifth edition with the theme 'And that is desire', 55 artists were selected.Practical
