Chamber concert | Maya Homburger & Barry Guy

In the spirit of the domestic atmosphere of Chambres d’Amis, Maya Homburger and Barry Guy bring a contemporary form of chamber music to the museum galleries.
During their ‘Bach Meditation’, Homburger (violin and viola) and Guy (double bass) take you on a meditative journey featuring J.S. Bach’s ‘Solo Sonatas’ and ‘Partitas’, alongside short improvisations and compositions by H.I.F. Biber, György Kurtág, and Barry Guy.
These works lend themselves perfectly to a contemplative approach to Bach, within the unique setting of the museum.
