During Heritage Day on Sunday 26 April, S.M.A.K. invites you to take contemporary art less seriously for once. Under the heading “Art, I (don't) see the humour in it”, you will discover how humour, confusion and discomfort have been part of the museum experience for years. Even if no one likes to admit it.

The Confessional
What have you always thought about museums but never dared to say? In the confessional booth, you can let it all out: doubts, annoyances, fits of laughter and awkward silences.
Laughter Yoga
Thirty to forty-five minutes of genuine laughter, right in the middle of the museum. Because art is not only something to think about, but also something to experience physically.
