On Sunday 18 June 2023 at 11:00 Ory Dessau will give a lecture that revolves around different manifestations of unconventional time tenses in the work by Grace Ndiritu, like Deep Time, which is a geological, cosmic timescale of billions of years.
Starting from the artist’s exhibition Healing The Museum and her residency at S.M.A.K. A Spiritual Inventory of a 21st Century Museum, he will explore how Deep Time, non-linearity, simultaneity,.. have become significant parts of Ndiritu’s vision on the re-activated museum.
