Panel discussion | More or Less Chambres d'Amis
In the context of the exhibition ‘40 Years of Chambres d’Amis’, S.M.A.K. is organizing an afternoon of two in-depth debates surrounding the groundbreaking exhibition on Sunday, June 28. We will kick off the afternoon with a debate centered on the research from the master's thesis ‘More or Less Chambres d’Amis’.
A conversation with researchers Angela De Roover and Luca-Ray Rogiers about their master's thesis ‘More or Less Chambres d’Amis’, which they co-authored with Beth Lason at Ghent University under the supervision of supervisor Prof. Dr. Wouter Davidts. The master's thesis examines the (im)possibility of a retrospective on Chambres d’Amis.
The trio curated the first archival room of the exhibition ‘Chambres d’Amis turns 40’ in collaboration with S.M.A.K.
