Salon de Colère Artistique by VZW Touché

Colère (anger) is seldom clean, nicely delineated or pigeonholed. That is why it both moves and touches. At the Salon de Colère Artistique we explore the beauty that can come out of it. A gang of misfits will present what they have discovered about it, both in their own work - artistic and otherwise - and in their personal lives.

Artistic director of S.M.A.K. Philippe Van Cauteren is the speaker of the evening, together with Dirk Domen, Alain Platel, Mike Claeys, Kwartsman, Mie Vandenbussche, Sebastiaan Cielen and Wendy Vandeputte.

Afterwards, we will present you with a menu to choose from, where you can actively create your own dishes or enjoy someone else's creations:

• Lisa-Marie Parmentier and Laura Otte invite you to a justice OASE, to let anger pay off in a justice context and to fantasise together our well-functioning justice system of tomorrow.
• Ismail Abdoul will teach you to whack out your angry energy in a clean controlled way.
• Filmpact & Cassette for timescapes treats you to the documentary Why We Fight.
  
• Lieven Deloof and Wesley Bauwens go in search of the eye of the storm.
  

VZW Touché

Touché is a Ghent-based organisation that aims to make the world positively aggressive. Anyone with a question about their anger and aggression is welcome at Touché. With solution-oriented coaching, training, workshops and campaigns, they work with people to find the most optimal 'temperature' for their anger together.

They harness the fuel of anger to get things done, changed and improved. In this way, they ensure that aggression does not have to turn into destructive violence, but just becomes a magical, beauty and connection-creating force.
