You will get to know the sound machines, music robots, sound paintings and music boxes of Stichting Logos.
Stichting Logos is a professional artistic organisation founded by Godfried-Willem Raes. Since 1968, it has focused on the promotion of new music and sound art through new music production, concerts, performances, composition, technological research projects, events and contemporary music activities.
The exhibition shows a selection of the eighty music robots that regularly perform as a robot orchestra in the Logos Tetrahedron in Ghent. Some work like automatons or even have radar(!) controlled interaction.
