The MSK (Museum for Fine Arts Gent) is closed until 2006 due to renovation.
Until then the collection of the MSK will be on display in several museums in Ghent; the MIAT, the Designmuseum, the Huis van Alijn and the SMAK. The selection made by S.M.A.K. will differ but the works will always be in confrontation with those of the S.M.A.K.. Included in the first edition are works by Oskar Kokoschka, Jean-Baptiste Camille Corot, Jean Brusselmans, Gustave Courbet, James Ensor, Ferdinand Khnopff, Constant Permeke en Léon Spilliaert.
