Every year, the Friends of S.M.A.K. invite several artists to create a limited art edition. To this end, both national and international artists are approached, often with clear links to S.M.A.K.'s exhibition programme.
Art editions are works of art made in a limited edition, signed and numbered by the artist. By issuing them, we give our members and followers the chance to buy a work of art at a democratic price.The Friends have built a long tradition of publishing editions. Artists such as Joseph Beuys, Manon De Boer, Gerhard Richter, Berlinde De Bruyckere, Gilbert & George, Marlene Dumas, Guilaume Bijl, Marina Abramović, John Baldessari, ... already made editions with us.
