An evening at S.M.A.K. with Koude Schotel (Cold Dish)
1 lobster, 2 tomatoes, 7 asparagus spears, ... With the help of Wilde Weide, we recreated an exact (!) copy of Kristof Santy's “Koude Schotel” (Cold Dish) from Painting After Painting. Four lucky winners had the museum all to themselves after closing time. It goes without saying that it was delicious, as evidenced by the leftovers. See the end result below:
