BEFORE YOUR VISIT
- We advise you to buy your ticket in advance:
- Online: When purchasing, select your preferred date and time. Please check in at the museum desk within this time slot.
- Or book your ticket by phone at +32 (0)9 210 10 75, every weekday between 9:00 and 12:30 and 13:30 and 16:00.
DURING YOUR VISIT
- Wearing a mouth mask is mandatory.
- Keep 1.5 m distance from any visitor and the museum staff. We have mapped out a fixed route to avoid crossing with other visitors.
- In the case of a telephone reservation, we ask for a maximum of contactless payment at the museum desk at the time of the visit.
- Keep your children close to you and touch as little as possible.
- Would you like to use a wheelchair or use the lift because you are a wheelchair user, you have mobility problems or you are coming with a buggy? Please send an e-mail to info@smak.be.
