Guided walk-in tour for blind and partially sighted people in HELL ON EARTH by Joris Van de Moortel

S.M.A.K. offers people who are blind and visually impaired a customised tour in the exhibition.
Under the expert guidance of our guide Katrien, you will discover the world of modern alchemist Joris Van de Moortel. She leads you through the many layers of the exhibition HELL ON EARTH, in search of PUR, NUR and FUR and focuses on themes of social isolation and loneliness in the artist's work.
Several works will be described verbally to the tones of appropriate music. For each participant, Katrien will also make a tactile plate to accompany the artworks discussed.

- You can also join an entry-level tour on Wednesdays 12.Mar.25 & 04.Jun.25.
- After the tour, you can chat in our museum café Wilde Weide.
- You only pay an admission ticket for the museum, the guided tour is free. Free for companions.
