By replying to our request with the hashtag #yessmak, you give:
- S.M.A.K. permission to use your photo for its marketing and/or advertising, including the gallery on the website (smak.be), newsletters, social media, emails and other customer communications, POS materials and other marketing initiatives.
S.M.A.K. the permission to use your photo until you revoke that permission.
You will then receive:
- Free publicity on our channels and our website (www.smak.be).
- All credits for your own photo: your social media channel will be linked and/or your name will be mentioned.
- The possibility to withdraw your permission at any time.
By agreeing to these terms, you grant S.M.A.K. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and share your photo for marketing and/or advertising purposes, including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify and edit your photos. You acknowledge and warrant that you own the rights to the material submitted, and that you have the consent of all persons who appear in the photographs. If products of another brand are shown in the photo and the brand is mentioned in your photo, we will also mention this brand when sharing your photo. If there are other brands shown in your photo that are not mentioned, we will not mention that brand. However, we can always add a mention later upon request. The photo will remain your property at all times and the permission granted can be revoked.
Revocation of permission
If you wish to revoke your permission, please send us an email to eline@smak.be and we will remove your photo from our digital channels within 14 days. If we have used your photo in our newsletter and/or magazine, the photo cannot be deleted but we will not use it again later.
